I am so glad you enjoy your job despite your boss’ nasty attitude. It is so important you enjoy what you do for a living because we spend majority of our time at work. I know enough people who stay in their miserable jobs and their reason for not leaving is because they can’t be bothered looking for a new one. I think it’s important you love your job because if you are miserable in it, there will be, eventually a domino effect into your private life. Obviously your love for your job outweighs the crappiness of your boss, which is great! I wish for you to continue to be motivated in doing you love best and if your boss is being nasty, just humour him. Anyway, congrats on your Boner award.
