February’s Mobelicious Top Ten Babes

This past ten day span has been one of the most diverse run of topics on MOB in a long time. From Spiritual to Nostalgic, Humor to Fitness. Not to mention the busiest ever and one of the most frustrating in terms of our blog not being able to be accessed by everyone who stopped by. Hopefully the topics will continue to vary greatly and the last of slow or no loading pages will be a thing of the past. (OK we can dream, this is the internet).
Because of our technical issues, it left me no time to be able to make my visits to many of the blogs I love. Knock on wood (hitting head), I will hopefully get to stop by everyone and say hello.
So today being Friday and the end of the “work” week, we wanted to inject a little fun and visual impact, thus the following:
In January we started the Mobelicious series, but limited it to one lucky lady Maria Sharapova . In December we gave you the MOB Ten Women Of Christmas. So we worked hard on how should we proceed for the rest of the year and in doing so, we figured, more was better!
Obviously it is a hard task to have to come up with each month. But trying to focus on just one beauty is really difficult. Especially when all women are beautiful. So today we announce a monthly series that we will call:
Mobelicious Top Ten Babes.
The rules are as follows, there are no rules.
Padma Lakshmi
Padma Lakshmi: For those of you who never watch TV, in particular “Top Chef” on the BRAVO network , Padma just happens to be the spokesperson of the entire show. Yes we get to watch her eat and then tell guys and girls who just labored in the kitchen to hit the road. How can this not be a hit?
Audrina Patridge
Audrina Patridge: Yes another TV vixen from yet another TV reality show on MTV called “The Hills”. The plots are sophomoric, the guys are lame. They encounter daily life’s problems from being spoiled, and not being able to spell, let alone take an SAT.
Christina Aguilera
Christina Aguilera: One of the three blond teeners from a decade ago. First there was Brittney, then there was Jessica and finally came little Christina. Is it me, or are her vocal cords by far the most awesome and we thinks her boobage has caught and passed the others?
Elisha Cuthbert
Elisha Cuthbert: This is our Canadian import and we feel bad that one more lone man in Canada has lost out on this foxy bed warmer. World renowned for her stint as co-host of the huge Canadian hit Popular Mechanics for Kids aye
Eva Mendes
Eva Mendes: This beauty survived being raised in a single mother household, to aspire to become a nun. Now an acclaimed actress known for her first film performance in the classic: Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror. She is now an ardent PETA member. Also should be pointed out, her print ads, even for Calvin Klein are known for au-natural poses.
Eva Longoria: Well two Eva’s in a row. This petite Desperate Housewife is anything but. Her second marriage to a French NBA guard will hopefully be her last. With her intoxicating beauty having a guard as a hubby is beneficial. Scarred in childhood living in Texas and being known as ‘la prieta fea,‘ which means ‘the ugly dark one. What the hell do Texans know? The state that gave us not one but two Bush’s and we flip them with not one but two birds.
Gabrielle Union: No not a third Eva but her first movie was Deliver Us from Eva, ain’t that LL Cool J, yup he was in it to. Besides the obvious gorgeous looks, there is not to report much on Gabrielle YET! She even complained in an interview with Art Nouveau Magazine, about the lack of roles for black actresses. That should all change, now that she is one of our Mobelicious babes of the month.
Jessica Biel:What does Justin Timberlake have besides, being young, rich, good looking, talented that I don’t have? Jessica!!Best known for playing a virgin for six years on the CW’s hit show 7th Heaven . She is teaming up with Jennifer Garner to star in the big screen remake of Laverne & Shirley.Why?
Marisa Miller: Most notably known for gracing the cover of the men’s sports bible Sports Illustrated. She also is known for men’s best bathroom reading material, the mail order bible Victoria Secrets. Also giving up her time in need, when she headlined the fashion show for the victims of Katrina in 2007’s Fashion for Relief. How do you spell Relief?
Katherine Heigl
Katherine Heigl: Saving the best for last, best known for her role in TV’s hit series Grey’s Anatomy (I had no idea, thank God for TIVO). Her breakthrough performance was on the big screens Mega Hit movie Knocked Up where she accurately stated in an interview with Vanity Fair “it paints women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys” (thank God for NetFlix).
And there you have it, this months Mobelicious Top Ten Women. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did having to wade through picture upon picture.
