Wow I had no idea on any of these don’ts. I was always aware since I was a small child not to go into the water after you ate a meal, I believe you had to wait a half hour. I think I’m just too darn old to change my habits now, so if I do any of these things I’m gonna keep right on doing them. I”m feeling rebellious today
I am aware with some of it. Perhaps I am most guilty of eating fruits after a meal. Didn’t know its not advisable. Also, I sometimes walk or take a bath after a meal mainly because I’d be late for work. I really need to be more responsible with my schedule. Anyway, thanks for sharing this. It was helpful.
